From color to cuts, both traditional and edgy, Alicia can provide you with style, service and kindness. Alicia specializes in the creamiest highlights, and always makes her guests feel most welcome. Joan Ao is one of Union Salon’s senior stylists and has been in the beauty industry for over 18 years. She is proud to have completed comprehensive training at Toni and Guy specializing in classic looks with glamorous finishes.
Joan has styled fashion shows, photo shoots, and a growing list of weddings and bridal parties. As an expert cutter and colorist and perfectionist, Joan takes great care to ensure that every one of her clients leaves Union Salon looking and feeling fabulous with a hairstyle that is appropriate to their lifestyle and easily maintained at home.

I've been in the business for 16 years. I am licensed in both cosmetology and barbery. My specialty I would have to say are probably in both color correction and cutting. I believe in non stop education to be successful in this industry in which I love. I specially love the people both co workers as well as the clients. I am mostly greatful to be working with such a great TEAM of people.

From lawyers to librarians, punks to princesses, Kelley serves pampering with a smile. Kelley prefers to COLLABORATE with her guests. She is inspired by music and art, and considers hair to be art one wears every day. Whether it be color & cut, hair extensions, smoothing services, or hair guidance of any kind, she looks forward to serving you.
Kelley founded her own business www.pasadenahairextensions.com in 2001, and joined the Union Salon team for a perfect alliance in 2010. She has been fueled ever since by the endless array of hair types and personalities that grace her with their presence. As a graduate of Toni & Guy Academy, with advanced training in Redken hair color, as well as 3 years of full time training under the tutelage of celebrity hairstylist Neeko Abriol, Kelley has a strong foundation in four very specific arenas: Cutting, Coloring, Event Styling, and, of course, HAIR EXTENSIONS. “There is no faster, nor more satisfying transformation than hair extensions”, Kelley has said.
As a stylist for all hair types and ethnicities, Kelley has had the pleasure of working not only behind the chair, but also on TV shows, photo shoots, runway models, celebrity weddings and training events. Her work has been featured on America’s Next Top Model, Season Eight, as well as MTV’s The Flavor of Love. Her styling has also appeared in The Magazine Luxury Lifestyles, as well as Sophisticated Black Hair. Kelley considers all guests who come to her to be of the utmost importance, and continues to treat all of her guests as celebrities.

Lora was born and raised in Pasadena, California which is also where she currently provides her services as a hair stylist. With over 7 years in the industry, Lora has advanced her craft to span virtually every aspect of the art of hair styling. She has been sought after to provide her expertise for photo shoots, fashion shows, weddings, and other special events. She possesses experience in a multitude of areas such as extensions; color correction and the latest hair cutting trends for both men and women.
Lora stays current with all of the latest hair trends to give her clients the most cutting edge styles. She continues her education and has attended advanced training through many of today’s top beauty industry professionals. Lora’s primary goal with every client is to provide a specialized service that highlights their unique traits. She sees every individual as different from the next which allows her to apply her artistic talent to tailor the result to best suit the canvas. Lora is friendly, outgoing, and provides an environment of serenity to compliment an impeccable level of service.

L.A. native Adrienne Reed's attraction to fashion and style has played an important part of her development into one of L.A.'s top hairstylists. Delivering exceptional customer service and dressing hair as an artistic expression has been the approach from the beginning of her career in 1999. She attributes her haircutting knowledge and skill to the late legendary Vidal Sassoon and currently receives education from the Aveda Institute London, Redken New York, and Paul Mitchell North America. This ongoing education continues to fuel her work as a stylist, colorist, and extension specialist not to follow but to create the next hair trends of the season.
Adriennes gifts also transcend from the salon into the world of mixed media. The versatility of her work has been used from commercial companies such as Wells Fargo Bank and Kelloggs to the trendsetting editorial pages of Vogue Magazine. That mix of high fashion and contemporary commercial beauty come together to provide each and every client a hairstyle tailor made for their overall lifestyle.
Adrienne believes that creativity and skills are a gift that you can only keep, if you are willing to freely give them, so she has cultivated a heart for giving back. Adrienne has made a couple of trips to Haiti to serve the people in Port Au Prince and to work one on one with a young hairstylist building her skills.
